Reward For Information

The Real Daytona wants to reward you for your help!

If you provide ‘inside’ information on questionable practices of Daytona’s city government, the City Commission or candidates running for office, we’ll pay you $100 if we list it in our News-Flash column!.

If your information leads to a newspaper story printed in the Daytona Beach News-Journal or Orlando Sentinel, we’ll pay you $200!

If your information leads to Ethics Complaints being filed against a city employee or City Commissioner, we’ll pay you $300!

If your information leads to a criminal investigation with criminal or civil charges and/or lawsuits being filed against a city employee or the City Commission, we’ll pay you $1,000!

If you include pictures that support the information you provided, we’ll add an additional $50!

Information must be forwarded by email to our Webmaster. We will protect our source and not reveal their identity, even under subpoena from law enforcement. After payment is forwarded, your email and mailing address will be deleted from our system.

Payment will be made by blank Money Order, forwarded to the address you provide. The Real Daytona reserves the exclusive right to determine if information provided meets our criteria for payment.

In the event the same or similar information is received from two different people, the person
who provided the information first, will be paid.

The Real Daytona reserves the right to change the terms or discontinue this awards program at anytime.
